Alsac Makine Personal Data Protection Policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, acting as the Data Controller, for business-related purposes, by being used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred, and/or classified as described below. In this context, in order to protect individuals’ fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the right to privacy, and in compliance with the laws and regulations issued for the protection of personal data, our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security to prevent unlawful processing, unauthorized access, and to safeguard personal data.

This statement is intended for all real persons whose personal data is processed by our Company, excluding our employees and job applicants.

The following are examples (not limited to) of personal data processed by us as the data controller: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, phone number, email address, signature, physical security camera footage, call center/service quality voice recordings, bank account number, cookie records.

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data shared with us may be processed for the following purposes, among others:

To benefit you and/or the institution or organization you represent from the products and services offered by our Company; to determine and implement our Company’s commercial and business strategies; to conduct marketing, business development, and planning activities,
To carry out administrative operations related to communication managed by our Company,
To ensure physical security and supervision of our Company’s operational locations,
To establish relationships with business partners/customers/suppliers (including authorized personnel or employees),
To fulfill contractual obligations and financial reconciliation related to products and services provided in collaboration with our business partners, suppliers, or other third parties,
To manage our Company’s human resources policies,
When contacting our call center or using our website, and/or
To facilitate participation in training, seminars, or events organized by our Company.

Methods of Collecting and Storing Personal Data

Your personal data shared with our Company may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods via offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means. Your data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. In order to prevent unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, or damage to your personal data stored by our Company, necessary operational processes and technical infrastructure improvements are implemented. Your personal data will be processed only for the purposes communicated to you and will be retained during the legal storage period, or if such a period is not specified, for as long as required by the purpose of processing. After this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized and removed from our Company’s data systems.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of applicable laws and for the purposes stated, to:

Alsac Makine Company,
Companies and representatives authorized and acting on behalf of our Company,
Regulatory and supervisory institutions, public institutions and organizations authorized to request your data by law,
Business partners, supplier and subcontractor companies, banks, credit risk and finance institutions, and other real or legal entities,
Tax and legal advisors, persons and organizations involved in legal processes, audit firms, and other third-party consultants—within Turkey and abroad, and limited to the purposes mentioned above.

Your Rights Under Article 11 of the PDPL

By applying to our Company, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information if it has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or internationally,
Request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the PDPL,
Request notification of the transactions made under (e) and (f) above to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,
Request compensation for damages if you suffer losses due to unlawful data processing.

In accordance with Article 13(1) of the PDPL, you can submit your request regarding the use of your rights mentioned above in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

To exercise your rights listed above, you may submit your request petition with the necessary identity verification documents in person, via notary, through methods determined by the Board, or send it with a secure electronic signature to info@alsacmakine.com.
